STEP 1
 

We interview each client at your home. We listen to your functional requirements for your room or rooms, how you live in your home, your lifestyle, budget, and style preferences. We talk about your priorities and time frame. Together we create a plan for meeting you needs.

We present each client with a customized, itemized plan that outlines the services required to complete your project. We will list all services that we are providing for you. Each item is presented to you for discussion and your approval before proceeding with the item. Our approach is hands - on with us working together as a team.
 

STEP 3
 

Now the fun begins! We strive to be on time, within budget and monitoring all orders and other team members. We follow your project from start to finish to ensure an end result that you will be happy with for years to come. We follow up with phone calls, faxes and e-mails to you and our suppliers to track all orders and work being done. We monitor installation and construction processes.
